Our classes are currently taught by Megan Herdering. She is a licensed lash artist, and cosmetology instructor. She has been lashing for 7 years and attended countless additional trainings and certifications with multiple brands.
What makes our training unique is the fact that we dont work for a brand. No part of our curriculum involves selling you a product. Megan's goal is to simply make you a great lash artist that is going to perform impeccable services. Your success, is our success.
Beginner Training
You must have a current cosmetology or esthetician license in the state which you work. If you are in cosmetology or esthetician school, we will accept proof of enrollment. Beginner training will cover all things lashes. We start with a theory portion covering extension types, eye anatomy, eye health, disease, and allergy. The course covers everything you need to know about properly applying lash extensions. You will have an in-depth knowledge of classic lashes, application and mapping. We also briefly cover pre and promade fans, so that you can offer all styles even without our advanced training. This class includes a deluxe lash kit with Meg's favorite items from her favorite brands (Valued over $300). Advanced Training
You must have a current cosmetology or esthetician license in the state which you work. If you are in cosmetology or esthetician school, we will accept proof of enrollment. It is recommended to first have a beginners course, or a classic lash training before taking this class. Advanced Training will cover all things volume lash. You will learn how to create handmade fans with multiple techniques. Handmade fans have better retention than promade, and more versatility within your sets. You'll be able to create wispy, wet, angel, anime, etc with the knowledge you take home from this training. We will review mapping to ensure you leave this class as successful as possible. 1 : 1 Coaching
Did you take that online cert and things just aren't translating into real life? Maybe you just can't grasp those inner corners or isolation. Bring a fill client in and Megan will sit with you and help guide you through any struggles you're having. You'll be coached through the fill, and then we'll spend time together afterwards reviewing areas of possible improvement. This is just a 2 hour training, but can help your skill level tremendously!
